  • What if I forgot my password?

    If you forgot your password, we will email you a temporary password via a secure, encrypted connection.

  • How do I change my password?

    Log in with your account, go to Account Settings and click on Password. If you have further queries, drop us an email. We’d be glad to guide you.

  • How do I change my stored billing and/or shipping address?

    Log in with your account, go to Account Settings and click on Billing and Shipping.

  • How do I use my royalty points?

    With your available points, you can redeem exclusive items from our Insider Shop. (Exclusive only to members of our store)

  • How do I make a purchase?

    1. Click on “Add to Cart” on the page of the product of your interest.
    2. Click on "“Shopping Bag” to see/edit your orders.
    3. Click on “Checkout” make your payments.

  • How do I confirm my purchase?

    Once we’ve received your orders and payment, we will send you a confirmation email.

  • Can I add on products to my purchase after payment?

    This is subjected to the status of your order. Please email us as soon as possible for your additional orders.

    Note that if you have opted for the “Same Day Delivery” option, we are unable to amend your purchase.

  • How do I track my order?

    Once we’ve shipped your order, we will send you a shipping notification via email. You may find the information and instructions to track your order.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    Unfortunately after payment is done, we are unable to cancel your purchase.

  • How do I pay?

    We accept credit card payments via PayPal.
