comes with 500g of raw quartz and orange Himalayan Salt, as well as a choice of fragrance oil blend. The Relax blend has notes of  Lime, Sea Salt, Basil and Sandalwood and the  Refresh blend has notes of White Tea, Passion fruit, Freesia  and Apricot Blossom. Measures approximately 11cm by 16cm. Use  5-10 drops of the purchased oil blend or your own oil of choice. 

Orange Himalayan Salt has a purifying quality and the colour stems from its higher iron content than the traditional white or pink himalayan salt crystals. Regardless of its colour, Himalayan Salt releases negative ions and introduces a more calming effect on its surrounding environment. The clear Quartz is an energy amplification crystal that heals and regulates. 

These crystals can be charged by placing them by a sunny window or moonlit one, or with selenite. Alternatively, you may also smudge them with incense or your favourite smudging bundle.
